After requesting help online, you can track your assigned BCAA driver in real-time using Service Tracker, which allows you to monitor their location and estimated arrival. Additionally, the ability to share updates with family members adds a layer of convenience and safety.

The app offers features such as a search function for locating CAA branch offices, approved auto repair shops, and other services. Exclusive deals and rewards are accessible to members at over 124,000 participating retail locations across North America.

For added peace of mind, BCAA's digital card feature enables fast access to your membership card and the option to add it to G Pay. Members can easily request roadside assistance directly from their phones without the need for a phone call.
